The Lantern Theatre and Conway Community Arts will hold auditions for its upcoming "Late Night at the Lantern" production of Rabbit Hole by David Lindsay-Abaire at 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 2, at the Lantern Theatre, 1021 Van Ronkle in downtown Conway.
This 2007 Pulitzer Prize winner for Drama follows a couple who find the loss of their child turns their perfect world upside down. The cast calls for three women, ages 18-70 and two men, ages 18-50. Those interested in auditioning are asked to prepare two contrasting one-minute monologues. Everyone is encouraged to audition regardless of previous experience.
The play is under the direction of Josh Miller. Miller holds a degree in Theatre from UCA and has most recently appeared in The Odd Couple, Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged, and directed the production of Amateurs.
Performance dates will be Jan. 16, 17 and 18, 2014. Rehearsal dates and times will depend upon the schedule of those cast.
