The public is invited to worship services to be held Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at First United Methodist Church of Conway.
Christmas Eve services on Dec. 24 will be held at the following times:
* A contemplative and communion service will be held at noon in the Sanctuary.
* A communion service for the family of God will be held at 4 p.m. in the Great Hall. During this service, children attending will receive a special Christmas gift from the people of First United Methodist Church.
* A service of candlelight and communion will be held at 7 p.m. in the Sanctuary.
The services will feature music by various musical groups in the church, including choirs, youth and adult handbell choirs and the Praise Band.
On Christmas Day, a 10 a.m. worship service will be held in the Sanctuary. The Christmas morning service is joyous, not too long, informal, and a whole lot of fun! At the service you will experience how the atmosphere of quiet anticipation of Christmas Eve changes to one of pure joy.
The public is invited to all worship services and special activities at the church. Sunday worship services are held at 8:45 and 11 a.m. in the Sanctuary and 9 a.m. in the Great Hall.
The church is at 1610 Prince St. (corner of Prince and Clifton streets.)
