Richard Henley local real estate broker, was recently recognized as one of the Top 100 ERA brokers by global real estate company, ERA Franchise Systems LLC. As a top broker, Henley was invited to attend the annual ERA President’s Circle Business Conference held July 26-28 in Florham Park, N.J.

Henley represented local ERA Henley Real Estate at the ERA President’s Circle Business Conference, a meeting of some of the country’s most successful real estate brokers. This year’s conference focused on getting back to business basics and ways to increase success in any market. Throughout the two-day event, brokers shared strategies about new marketing initiatives and more efficient ways to work. They also participated in round-table discussions and question-and-answer sessions with keynote speaker, Steve Murray of REAL Trends, among others.

Visioncare Arkansas has announced its new associate, Becky King, O.D. Dr. King is a recent graduate of Southern College of Optometry in Memphis with training in primary care, pediatrics and ocular disease. She also earned a bachelor of science in biology from Arkansas Tech University. She received the VISTAKON Award of Excellence in Contact Lens Patient Care as well as the Dr. David Sloan Memorial Award for commitment of service to the profession of optometry.

 

Centennial Bank recently announced the graduation of lender Greg Sanson from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.  The school is comprised of three-year curriculum covering all facets of banking.

"We at Centennial want to congratulate Greg on the completion of this substantial commitment to further his understanding of banking," said Randy Sims, president and CEO of Centennial Bank.

"The Graduate School of Banking at LSU gave me new insight into banking. I learned several things that will allow me to better serve my customers," said Sanson, a loan officer at Centennial Bank’s west branch on 945 Salem Road in Conway.

Sanson, a seven-year lender with Centennial bank, is a lifelong resident of Faulkner County. He is a graduate of Conway High School and obtained a BA in finance from the University of Central Arkansas.

Sanson is a commissioner for the Arkansas Manufactured Housing Commission and on the board of Conway Country Club. He is a former board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Faulkner Co. and a graduate of the Faulkner County Leadership Institute.
