The following judgments were recently handed down from Faulkner County District Court:

• Claire Talina Marie Raiborn, 1230 Clifton St., Conway, according to district court records. Raiborn was cited for contempt of court, failure to pay fines/fees, third-degree domestic battery and sentenced to 30 days suspended sentence in county jail contingent upon completion of anger management course, three days community service. Fines/fees in the amount of $1,095 were added to Raiborn’s plan balance.

• Shakieta Germain McGraw, 290 Grand Falls, Conway, according to district court records. McGraw was cited for third-degree domestic battering and sentenced to 30 days suspended sentence in county jail contingent upon completion of anger management course. Fines/fees in the amount of $595 were added to McGraw’s plan balance.

• Pedro Arrellanes, 1085 South Donaghey, Conway, according to district court records. Arellanes was cited for driving on a suspended license, no liability insurance, no proof of insurance, failure to appear, driving on a suspended license, failure to appear, driving on a suspended license, failure to register vehicle, no liability insurance, fictitious tags and sentenced to two days suspended sentence in county jail. Fines/fees in the amount of $2,540 were added to Arrellanes’ plan balance.

• Jose Martinez, 100 Brookside Drive, Conway, according to district court records. Martinez was cited for theft of property ($500 or less) and sentenced to 14 days suspended sentence in county jail contingent upon no similar charges, missed payments, and his refraining from visiting WalMart for one year. $300 of his fine/fee amount of $645 was suspended contingent upon these conditions.

• Rodney M. Merritt Jr., 27 Vilanco Lane, Vilonia, according to district court records. Merritt was cited for second-offense DWI, driving on a suspended license, failure to register vehicle, and sentenced to 30 days in county jail, 23 days of which are suspended contingent upon completion of alcohol program and the remaining sevel to be served within 60 days, 10 additional days in county jail to be served within 60 days, suspended driver’s license. Fines/fees in the amount of $2,145 were added to Merritt’s plan balance.

• Michael Shawn Pirtle, 2000 Keathley Drive, Conway, according to district court records. Pirtle was cited for third-degree domestic battering and sentenced to 30 days suspended sentence in county jail contingent upon completion of anger management. Fines/fees in the amount of $595 were ordered to be paid through monthly installments.

• Florence Williams, 500 Ball Park Road, Plumerville, according to district court records. Williams was cited for failure to pay fines/fees and sentenced to 30 days suspended sentence in county jail and the reinstatement of a previous 14-day suspended jail sentence. Williams’ fines/fees were totalled at $210.

• Larkin Wayne Young, 475 East Robins, Conway, according to district court records. Young was cited for second-degree terroristic threatening and sentenced to 60 days in county jail, 30 days of which were suspended. Young’s fines/fees were totalled at $440.

• Mavis McKeever Bradford, 923 West 20th St., Little Rock, according to district court records. Bradford was cited for driving on a suspended license, careless/prohibited driving, failure to appear, driving on a suspended license and sentenced to seven days suspended sentence in county jail. Fines/fees in the amount of $1,105 were ordered to be paid through monthly installments.

• Terico C. Dudley, 201⁄2 West Credit Drive, Mayflower, according to district court records. Dudley was cited for driving on a suspended license, failure to appear, driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to two days suspended sentence in county jail. Fines/fees in the amount of $1,555 were ordered to be paid through monthly installments.

• Anthony T. Marsh, address listed as Box 202, Perryville, according to district court records. Marsh was cited for first-offense DWI, careless/prohibited driving, endangering the welfare of a minor and sentenced to two days suspended sentence in county jail. Fines/fees in the amount of $1,655 were ordered to be paid through monthly installments.

• Larry Dean Hodges, address listed as 362 Ouachita 509, Louann," and Box 1014, Heber Springs, according to district court records. Hodges was cited for failure to pay fines/fees and sentenced to 30 days suspended sentence in county jail contingent upon his resumption of installment pay with no missed payment.
