Tom F. Shaw, 87, of Conway passed away Saturday, March 6, 2010. 

He was born Sept. 8, 1922, in Holland, Ark., to the late Thomas H. and Amanda Shaw. 

He was also preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Estella Mae Shaw, and seven siblings. 

Mr. Shaw served in the 8th Air Force in London during World War II. He also served with the Military Police and was a decorated Driver. 

He was a mechanic, a welder, a Free and Accepted Mason, Faulkner Lodge No. 738 and was a saved Christian. 

He is survived by a son, Frank E. Shaw and wife Paige; four grandchildren, Kylee Shaw, Seth Shaw, McKinsie Smith, and Ethan "Tadpole" Shaw, all of Conway; two sisters, Reba Stevenson of Holland and Mary Goode of Little Rock; and by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway with Bro. Don Chandler officiating. 

Interment will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park. 

General visitation will be from 8 a.m.-9 p.m. today, and family visitation Wednesday from 2 p.m. till service begins. 

Pallbearers will be Tommy Gadberry, Jim Gadberry, Lowell Gadberry, Brady Gadberry, Lionel Shock, Sam Blair, Anthony Gadberry, Seth Shaw and Bill White. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any children’s foundation or charity of choice.
