The following persons made first appearance at Faulkner County Circuit Court on Monday:

 

• David Edward Baty, 41, 54 Lower Ridge Road, Conway, according to a Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office jail intake report. Possession of drug paraphernalia, improper window tinting. Bond was set at $5,000. Pretrial was set for May 24. Public defender Lynn Plemmons was appointed.

• Eugene Anthony Johnson, 51, 1620 Middle Road, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Failure to appear for court proceedings relating to 2009 charges of terroristic threatening, carrying a prohibited weapon, third-degree assault,  five counts disorderly conduct, public intoxication. Bond was denied. Pretrial was set for April 22. Public defender Boyd "Skip" Tackett was appointed.

• Jeremy A. Leach, 35, 18 Mace Circle, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Three counts interference with custody. Bond was set at $15,000. Pretrial was set for March 24. Public defender Lynn Plemmons was appointed.

• Ryan Patrick Williams, 27, 109 Griffith St., Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Three counts first-degree terroristic threatening. Bond was set at $15,000. Pretrial was set for May 24. No public defender was appointed.
