Jessica Bell and Rick Elliott, both of Fayetteville, have announced their engagement and upcoming wedding.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Ginny and Jack Bell of Conway. 

She is the granddaughter of Florine Bell and the late Bill Bell of Conway and Elinor and Henry Rohlman of Morrilton. 

She is a 2002 Conway High School graduate. She graduated Cum Laude in May of 2006 from the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. 

In May of 2007, she received her Masters of Accountancy. While at the University of Arkansas she was a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority and a Walton College Honor Program Scholar. Currently she is an accountant for Hogan Taylor LLP Accounting Firm in Fayetteville.

The prospective groom is the son of Mona and Don Elliott of Fayetteville. He is the grandson of Mary Kathryn and George Martin of Little Rock and Almeda and Don Elliott, Sr. of Bella Vista. 

He is a 2003 graduate of Fayetteville High School. He was a scholarship baseball player at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith from 2003-2005. He graduated in May of 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business, where he majored in Financial Management/Investment with a minor in Marketing. 

Currently he is enrolled at the University of Arkansas School of Law, and is a candidate for his Juris Doctorate in May 2011. 

The wedding is set to take place on June 5 at 6 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Conway. A reception will follow at the Centennial Valley Events Center.
