Mr. and Mrs. Mike and Debra Coburn of Conway have announced the engagement of their daughter, Brittany Coburn, to Tony Schraml of Conway.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Sue and the late Clyde Coburn of Conway and Mike and Pat Claxton of Little Rock.
She is a 2002 graduate of Conway High School. She graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education in 2006. She taught at Mayflower Elementary the past three years and is currently seeking a teaching position in Texas.
The prospective groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Valerie Schraml of Conway. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Schraml of Milwaukee and the late Mr. and Mrs. George Rossa of Milwaukee.
He is a 2003 graduate of Conway High School. He graduated from Hendrix College with a bachelor’s of arts in mathematics in 2007 and from the Univeriity of Arkansas with a bachelor’s of science in computer engineering in 2009. Currently, he is working for Lockheed Martin as a computer engineer in Dallas.
The wedding is set to take place at 5:30 p.m. July 24. The ceremony will be held at the Greene Chapel at Hendrix College in Conway.
