Private (PVT) Shaun Ramsey of Vilonia recently enlisted into the Arkansas Army National Guard and has earned education benefits valued at $50,420. A junior at Vilonia High School, he will attend Basic Training this summer and then return for his senior year. After high school graduation, he will attend Advanced Individual Training at Ft. Benning, Ga., as an Indirect Fire Infantryman. Upon returning to Arkansas, PVT Ramsey will serve with Headquarters Company 1st Battalion 153rd Infantry in Malvern. He is the son of James and Nancy Ramsey.

After graduating from Quitman High School in May, he will attend Basic Training with further instruction at Ft. Lee, Va., as a Food Service Specialist. Upon returning to Arkansas, PVT Johnson will serve with Headquarters Company 39th Brigade Troops Battalion in Conway.

Private (PV2) Jonathan Callahan of Conway recently enlisted into the Arkansas Army National Guard and has earned education benefits valued at $50,420. He will attend Basic Training followed by Military Intelligence Systems Maintainer/Integrator training at Ft. Huachuca, Ariz. Upon returning to Arkansas, PV2 Callahan will serve with Bravo Company 39th Brigade Troops Battalion in Little Rock. He currently attends Conway High School and is the son of John and Laurel Callahan.

He will attend Basic Training followed by Small Arms Artillery Repair training at Ft. Lee, Va. Upon returning to Arkansas, PVT Jackson will serve with Headquarters Company 39th Brigade Troops Battalion in Conway. He is a Quitman High School graduate and the son of Jonathan and Deanna Jackson.

Private (PVT) Kenya Campbell of Conway recently enlisted into the Arkansas Army National Guard and has earned education benefits valued at $50,420. After graduating from Conway High School in May, she will attend Basic Training followed by Automated Logistical training at Ft. Lee, Va. Upon returning to Arkansas, PVT Campbell will serve with Golf Company 39th Brigade Support Battalion in Russellville. She is the daughter of La-Shanna Richardson.
