I know it’s hard for some people to believe that Jesus is the Son of God. I know it’s hard for some people to believe that Jesus died on the cross then was buried in a tomb and rose 3 days later. I know it’s hard for some people to believe He is in Heaven sitting on the right hand of God the Father interceding on our behalf. God is so good to us whether you believe it or not. You see, it was God that woke us up this morning. It was God that put us in our right state of mind. It was God that allowed us to inhale and exhale the oxygen that He supplied. We can do nothing without God. If you could only imagine how deep God’s love is for us, we would be amazed. God’s grace comes through His Son Jesus Christ. I thank Jesus for what He did on the cross, the love that He shared with us when He died and rose 3 days later. God gives us the opportunity every morning when we wake up to get to know His Son Jesus and to realize what He did when He died for us and why He did it. So many have died and never knew the real reason behind the cross. I’m not here to belittle anyone but some of us today don’t know the real reason why Jesus died for us. Let me re-phrase that, why He gave His life for us. Some people attend Church every Sunday and their minds are still battling with who He is and why He did the things He did for us. I’m here to let everyone know Jesus is our Savior. We all need The Savior to save us from our sins. The Bible says: all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23) I hear so many people say that Jesus is not the only way to God.

The Bible lets us know that Jesus said: I am the Way the Truth and the Life. (John 14:6) Brothers and sisters, it’s time to stop watering down the gospel of Jesus Christ. Preachers, stop worrying about how many members you are going to lose if you preach the truth because the truth is Jesus Christ. The truth is Jesus not only died to save us He died so we can be healed from our sickness, and to prosper us financially. Just to put it all together, so we can enjoy life on our way to Heaven. God doesn’t want us to be sick, broke, disgusted, and confused. He wants us to have in this life down here on earth joy, peace, love and happiness. What I’m trying to say is He wants us to enjoy the trip to Heaven while we are here on earth. Romans 14:11-12 reads: "For the scriptures say, As surely as I live, says the Lord, every knee will bend to me, and every tongue will confess and give praise to God." "Yes, each of us will give a personal account to God."

It doesn’t matter who you are, we are all going to have to give an account of our sins. I want to thank everyone who have called and emailed me with compliments and encouraging words. May God bless you. But me, I give God the glory. It’s all about Him. You see, if it weren’t for Jesus I could do nothing. To be honest with you, if it weren’t for Jesus we would not be here today. So I ask you to give all honor and glory to God and not me. I’m not the mail I’m just a mail carrier. Romans 10:14-15 says: "But how can they call on Him to save them unless they believe in Him? And how can they believe in Him if they have never heard of Him? And how can they hear about Him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, How Beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news?

I want to leave you with this: If you are looking for a Church to attend this Sunday or every Sunday or if you are at a Church and you don’t feel like you are growing in the Word of God, I invite you to come by Acts Ministry at 1423 Ingram Street here in Conway. We at Acts would love for you to come by so we can love on you and welcome you to the House of God. We know you will be blessed. So on behalf of Pastor Frank H. Stewart, First Lady Sister Jacqueline Y. Stewart and The Acts Family we invite you to come by and fellowship. God not only wants you to hear The Word but to be doers of The Word also. Here at Acts our motto is: If you are not having Church When You Leave Church, then you have not had Church! May God continue to bless and keep you. I’ll see you there! God loves us in more ways than we can think or imagine.
