Mr. and Mrs. S.C. Benton entertained last evening at a 6 o’clock dinner at their home on Scott Street in honor of the birthday anniversary of their son, Sherbert. The table was covered with a white damask cloth and a color motif of white and green was used in the attractive decorations of the dining room, lighted by tall Christmas candles. The menu served suggested the chosen colors. Covers were placed for Elizabeth Kinkle, Ray Hart, Jerry Hudspeth, Frank Wiggs (Morrilton), Vivian Cole and the host.
