Gymnasts from Sonshine Academy in Conway had 11 competitors either win or place in the top three in individual events or the all-around in their level and age group at the Arkansas Benefit Cup in Fort Smith.

In the Level 4 Team division, John Sutton placed third on the floor and parallel bars; second on the rings and in the all-around; and first on pommel horse, vault and high bar.

Colton Ray placed second on the rings, vault, and parallel bar; and first on pommel horse, high bar, and in the all-around. Michael Frost placed second on the high bar and in the all-around; and first on floor, rings, vault; and parallel bars. Josh Barbee placed third on the vault; second on the pommel orse and high bar; and first on floor, rings, parallel bars, and in the all-Around. The Level 4 boys won the team competition.

In Level 5, Cullen Odem placed third on the parallel bars and second on the pommel horse and high bar. Blake Hopkins placed second on the vault. Jay Krisle placed third on the high bar and second on the parallel bars. Haden Ray placed second on the pommel horse, high bar and in the all-around; and first on the rings and parallel bars. The Level 5 boys were second in the team competition.

Josh Farewell was the only Level 6 gymnast from Sonshine and placed third on the high bar and in the all-around and first on the pommel horse.

At Level 6, Jake Fisher placed second on the floor, rings, vault and in the all-around; and 1st on the pommel horse, parallel bars and high bar. Michael Rickles placed second on the horse, parallel bars, and high bar and first on floor, rings, vault and in the all-around.
