A sycamore leaf measuring 16 inches in width was brought to the Log Cabin Democrat office today by Dr. George S. Schichtl, who picked it up near the courthouse. He said it was the largest leaf he had ever seen from a tree in Conway.

In a candlelight ceremony at Springhill Baptist Church on Wednesday, Nov. 6, Miss Sue Carolyn Wilcox, daughter of Mrs. Rube Wiley Wilcox, became the bride of Lyndel Dean, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard A. Dean of North Little Rock.
Mr. Dean is a senior at Arkansas State Teachers College and is employed by the Conway Printing Co.

Ted and Leigh Warriner are proud to announce the arrival of their son, Steven Daniel Warriner.
He was born Nov. 10, 1988, at Conway Regional Hospital. He weighed 7 pounds, 5 1/4 ounces. Proud grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Rowland and Mr. and Mrs. Alfred I. Warriner, all of Pine Bluff.
