Amazing Grace Restoration and Remediation Services launched in the new year and is all about cleaning mold and water out homes.

“We launched Jan. 1,” owner Steve Ardeneaux said. “Right now, we are currently doing a mold job in a cathedral ceiling house in Greenbrier. We’re doing a two-story water loss in Little Rock this week. I got a call at 5 p.m. one night and was there until midnight, sucking water.”

Ardeneaux also owns Amazing Grace Cleaning Services, which has been in business for about 12 years, but the last five years has allowed them to open the restoration side of business.

“We’ve had great success over the last five years,” he said. “We have about 45 employees across the state of Arkansas in our janitorial division. Over the last five years, we’ve had some smaller jobs with restoration.”

Ardeneaux said he and his business partner and Amazing Grace Restoration Vice President Daniel Byrd came up with the idea in September.

“Daniel Byrd, my business partner came on board back in September and both agreed to go into restoration,” he said.

Ardeneaux said the company is all about the customer and is a faith-based company.

“We work with adjusters, insurances, but we work for the homeowner and we’re working to get that back to normalcy after a tragedy,” he said. “Everything we do is motivated by what we want to do for the kingdom. “

Byrd said the company tries to go the extra mile and make sure the customer is completely taken care of.

“We definitely want to do things right. A lot of companies go in and do the bare minimum,” he said. “We are going to make sure things are done properly. As we expand, we’ll have another person on leadership to be on the job not just a couple folks that are not certified out on the job. We want to take care of our customers.”
