Mainstream Technologies hires Clay Acord
LITTLE ROCK — Mainstream Technologies is pleased to announce the hiring of Clay Acord as software developer.
His responsibilities will include the design, development, and deployment of web solutions using .Net technologies.
Acord has over 25 years experience, most recently for three years with Northrop Grumman as a .Net developer.
Prior to that, he was with Rural Sourcing, where he served as software developer/ technical manager for six years.
He also served as software engineer at Acxiom for a combined total of 11 years.
He has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Arkansas Tech University. He and his wife live in Little Rock, and both are fans of the Green Bay Packers.
“Clay brings a wide range of professional experience and a rich mixture of software development skills that will complement our existing development staff,” Director of Software Development Steve Althoff said. “We are excited to add him to our team.”
Mainstream hires Ben Meadors
LITTLE ROCK — Mainstream Technologies is pleased to announce the hiring of Ben Meadors as a software developer.
His responsibilities will include the design, development, and deployment of data and web solutions using .Net technologies.
Meadors has over eight years experience, most recently with Lindsey Software as a senior software engineer, where he was dedicated to the company’s Housing Manager.com product.
Prior to that, he was with Metova for two years, working exclusively on special-education software and eventually rose to director of technology.
Meadors was also a web developer with the Arkansas Transportation Department for five years.
He has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, with a minor in Information Assurance, which concerns information security.
Meadors lives in Maumelle with his wife and 1-year-old son.
In his spare time, he likes to contribute to open source software projects whenever possible.
“Ben brings a lot of energy to our development team,” Althoff said. “His enthusiasm and dedication to the art of software development is contagious. I am excited to see how this energy will infect our development teams and our clients.”
