Quitman High School to hold annual reunion

The annual Quitman High School Reunion for all years of graduates and other former students who attended Quitman Public School will occur on Saturday, July 28, 2018, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

The get-together will be held in the new Quitman Bulldog Complex located on the east side of the school campus. The theme of this year's reunion is "All Things 60s". Those who attend are encouraged to bring along memorabilia items especially relating to the 1960s Quitman School experience.

Ideas for items to bring to spark the group's memories of the 60s may include letter jackets and sweaters, banquet programs, yearbooks, picture albums, music, things that were important to students of the 60s at QHS, drive up in a 60s vintage vehicle, and yes, even report cards for those who dare!

Light refreshments and finger foods will be served during the event. The Quitman High School Class of 1968 is honored to host this year's Reunion as part of their 50th Anniversary celebration.

A short program will be presented by members of the class. No reservations are required and all QHS attendees from all classes are encouraged to attend.
