The Faulkner County Board of Realtors welcomed new Realtors and recognized a new slate of officers at its Christmas party on Dec. 12.

Paul Nahlen of Century 21 Dunaway & Hart is the new president; Richard Henley of ERA Henley Real Estate is president-elect; Mike Stout of Coldwell Banker Salter is secretary; and Tracy Thomas of RE/MAX of Conway is treasurer.

Directors are Lance McGhee of J.C. Thornton & Co. and Jan Clark of Crutchfield Clark and Co, three-year terms.; Tracy Tidwell of ERA Henley Real Estate and Glenda Mudgett of Crye Leike, two-year terms; Luann Deere and Mark Williams, Faulkner County Realty, one-year terms.

Connie Briggler will continue as association executive.

Graduates from the most recent new member orientation were introduced. They are Robert Newman, 501 Professionals Realty and Investments; Casey Garrett, Crye-Leike; Daniel Geraldson, Geraldson Realty; Cheryl Dunson, J.C. Thornton & Co.

Also, Zachery Neel, formerly with Sandstone Real Estate Group transferred to Little Rock Board of Realtors; Tammy Culp, Linda Roster White Real Estate Co., Elana Chaney, Legacy Realty, Inc., Natalie Smithhart, RE/MAX of Conway; and Joe Wise, Legacy Realty, Inc.
