Kelli A. Boylston, of University of Central Arkansas in Conway and Tobey M. Koehler, of Reliance Health Care in Conway, were among the Certified Public Accountants and attorneys who attended the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants 51st Annual Federal Tax Institute, held Dec. 6-7, at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Little Rock, Arkansas. Both are members of the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Several ASCPA members were among the speakers for the conference: Petra Bailey and Neil Deininger, of Deininger Wingfield & Corry in Little Rock; Anthony A. Hilliard, of Ramsay Bridgforth Harrelson & Starling in Pine Bluff; Michelle C. Mann, of JPMS Cox PLLC in Little Rock; Robert T. Smith, of Friday Eldredge & Clark in Little Rock, and Michael M. Watts, of University of Arkansas Little Rock in Little Rock.

The two-day event, sponsored by the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants, offered over 190 participants the opportunity to earn 16 hours of Continuing Professional Education credits and over 13 hours of Continuing Legal Education credits; and presented attendees with the latest information on current federal tax issues, relevant to accounting.

The ASCPA is the State’s largest professional organization for Certified Public Accountants with over 3,500 members in public practice, business and industry, government and education, and over 95 years of service to the Accounting Profession.
