Cinemark employees say a Conway man urinated on a theater wall and entered a movie without a ticket Thursday afternoon.
Police responded to the theater, located in the 200 block of Skyline Drive, around 2:24 p.m.
A 19-year-old movie theater employee told officers she entered the theater on her break, and witnessed the man, identified as a 44-year-old Conway resident, urinate on a wall. When the man noticed her, he began to cover himself up before walking out of the theater and into another without a ticket.
When officers made contact with the man inside the theater, he was asked if he had a ticket. The man replied he did, but threw away his stub. When he was informed no one had purchased a ticket to the movie, the man told officers he didn’t purchase a ticket and walked into the theater after watching "Smitty’s."
"’Smitty’s’ is not a movie that is showing in the theater," an officer noted in the police report.
After stepping out of the theater, police asked the man if he urinated on a wall, which he denied.
Officers then asked the employee to show them where the man allegedly urinated.
"The spot she took me to was wet with urine," the officer stated in the incident report.
Police advised the man a report would be filed for theft of services and disorderly conduct.
No arrests were made, according to the incident report.
