Kelly Adkins of Greenbrier and Greg Morrison of Conway have announced their engagement and forthcoming wedding.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. Glenn Adkins of Cedaredge, Colo., and Ms. Jeannie Adkins of Greenbrier. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dillard Adkins of Stuttgart and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Nugent of Camden. 

She is a 2005 graduate of Greenbrier High School. She graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor’s of science in interior design. 

Currently, she is a salesperson at The Buckle in Little Rock.

The prospective groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry and Annette Morrison of Greenbrier. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ed Morrison of Pine Bluff and Mrs. Iona Harvill and the late Mr. Rushel Harvill of Pine Bluff. 

He is a Watson High School graduate. 

Currently, he is attending the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton to pursue a degree in respiratory therapy.

The 10:30 a.m. wedding is set to take place on July 31.  The ceremony will be held at The Anthony Chapel at Garvan Gardens in Hot Springs. A reception will immediately follow in the Magnolia Room at Garvan Gardens.
