Sarah DeShazo of Greenbrier and Josh Hardin of Vilonia have announced their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of stepfather Jim and mother Cheryl Linn of Greenbrier, and father Eddie and stepmother Velisa DeShazo of 

Horseshoe Bend. She is the granddaughter of Majoria DeShazo and the late Jim DeShazo of Viola and Jim Johnston and the late Ann Johnston of Greenbrier.

She is a 2006 graduate of Greenbrier High School. She is a 2009 graduate of University of Phoenix with an Associate Degree in Business.

She is currently employed as a Retail Sales Representative for Verizon Wireless.

The prospective groom is the son of Sonja Turner and Robert Hardin and stepmother Diane Hardin, all of Vilonia. He is the grandson of the late Dewey and Nola Hardin of Enola and Carolyn Turner and the late Lowell Turner of Vilonia.

He is a 2001 graduate of Vilonia High School. He is currently enrolled in the Bachelors Program at University of Phoenix.

He is currently employed as an Account Representative for National Oilwell Varco.

The wedding is set to take place at 2 p.m. Feb. 19. The ceremony will be held at Holland Baptist Church in Vilonia.
