The following persons made first appearance at Faulkner County Circuit Court on Wednesday:
• Nicolas Lewis McVay, 36, 233 Mt. Pisgah Rd., Springfield, Ark., according to a Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office jail intake report. Felony domestic battery. Bond was set at $7,500. Pretrial was set for April 22. No public defender was appointed.
• Marie Carol Rogoff, 46, 16 Bandy Cove, Greenbrier, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of firearms by certain persons, felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $15,000. Pretrial was set for April 22. Public defender Lynn Plemmons was appointed (Rogoff’s co-defendant, 50-year-old Darrell A. Woods of the same address, was released on bond prior to arraignment, according to his attorney, Frank Shaw).
• Eddie Foster, 40, address listed only as "Conway" according to a FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from 2009 criminal mischief and felony domestic battery conviction. Bond was denied. Probation revocation hearing was set for March 8. A public defender will be appointed.
• Ardy Berry, 59, 7 Leprechaun Lane, Alexander, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation relating to 2001 and 2003 felony hot check conviction. Bond was denied. Probation revocation was set for March 31. A public defender will be appointed.
