More than 20 residents of a Donaghey Avenue apartment complex were temporarily displaced after a fire Saturday night.

Conway Fire Chief Bart Castleberry said at about 9:30 p.m. firefighters were still working at 1405 S. Donaghey Ave. to determine the cause of the fire, which severely damaged two apartments and injured one person.

Castleberry said he didn't know the condition of the injured resident, who was transported to Conway Regional Medical Center. "I don't think it's serious," Castleberry said.

Castleberry said the fire displaced 22 residents of the apartment complex Saturday night. He said the Red Cross was notified, and the organization was working to provide overnight housing.
