A class custom made for artists is being offered at the Faulkner County Library beginning today and running until Friday.

The four-day class will cover sighting perspective and relative sizes without using a ruler, organizing the picture plane and transferring that image to the painting surface.

The class is being offered in 2 sections: an afternoon class from 1:30 to 4 p.m. and an evening class from 6:30 to 9 p.m. The class is sponsored by the Friends of the Library.

Tuition for the class is $100, and this includes all supplies needed. The instructor is Sheila Parsons.
