The Conway Downtown Partnership will host the July installment of Third Thursday this week in downtown Conway.
Started last summer, Third Thursdays and the Downtown Conway Crawl offer the people of Conway a chance to "shop, dine and play downtown," according to Kim Williams, director of the downtown partnership.
A twilight Farmers Market will be open from 4-8 p.m., and several downtown shops will offer specials throughout the day.
The Farmers Market will have a variety of options available, ranging from blackberries and watermelons to fresh eggs and cheese. Vendors will also be selling handmade items including soaps, jewelry and breads.
Stores participating in this month’s events include Rose Cottage, US Pizza, Cajun Bros. Furniture, Sporty Runner, The Very Merry Christmas Store and More and Something Blue.
US Pizza will be donating 10 percent of sales from 4-9 p.m. to Love for Luke, a fundraiser for 11-month-old Luke Luyet, who needs cranial surgery to reconstruct his skull.
Several downtown businesses will also extend their hours to 8 p.m. Thursday.
