The following persons made first appearance at Faulkner County Circuit Court on Monday:

 

• Kegan Augusta Leach, 23, 51 E. Main St., Greenbrier, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Possession of a controlled substance, probation revocation. Bond was set at $15,000 subject to a parole hold. Pretrial and probation revocation hearing was set for Aug. 26. A public defender was denied.

• Ricky Ray Ruby, 41, 2307 Laman Lake Rd., Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Condition of bond violation stemming from a charge of rape. Bond was denied. Jury trial was set for July 20. Public defender Lynn Plemmons was appointed.

• Darrell A. Deeds, 30, 1720 Bowie St., Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from violation of the hot check law and failure to appear. Bond was set at $7,500. Probation revocation was set for July 28. Public defender Karen Walker Knight was appointed.

• Dustin Neal Brown, 33, 2400 Safire, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Theft by receiving, possession of a firearm. Bond was denied. Pretrial was set for Aug. 2. A public defender was denied.

• Herman D. Canady, 50, 243 Center School Rd., Hattiville, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Failure to pay child support. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial was set for Sept. 2. Public defender Stephen Ralph was appointed.

• Darrell Jermaine Manning, 31, 1228 Pine Cone, Little Rock, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Felony fleeing, misdemeanor fleeing, careless and prohibited driving, driving with a suspended/revoked license, failure to stop after an accident. Bond was denied. Pretrial was set for Sept. 2. Public defender Danny Rasmussen was appointed.

• Dennis Marvin Thrift, 65, 418 W. Allen, Springdale, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Violation of pretrial release conditions stemming from a charge of rape. Released with an electronic monitor. Pretrial was set for Sept. 2. A public defender was denied.
