• Samantha Pierce, 38, was sentenced to 96 months probation for forgery and fraudulent use of a credit card. Pierce is ordered to pay $15,000 in restitution to the United Way insurance company along with costs, fines and fees.

• Michael Anthony Folse, 35, was sentenced to 96 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction. Folse pleaded guilty to theft of property, theft by receiving and failure to appear, which are class C felonies. Folse also pleaded guilty to fleeing on foot, a class A misdemeanor.

• Christopher Oxley, 21, was sentenced to 72 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction with 12 months suspended for attempted commercial burglary and an additional 12 months incarceration for criminal mischief.

• Robert Cohen, 24, was sentenced to 60 months probation for drug charges. He is ordered to pay $5,000 in restitution to the 20th Judicial District Drug Crime Task Force along with costs, fines and fees.

• Bobby Lee Hefley, 48, received a sentence of 12 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction for sex offender failing to register. Hefley also received 36 months suspended imposition of sentence.

• Deric Allen Mills, 44, was arrested in April 2010 and charged with possession of controlled substance, a class C felony. Mills was sentenced to 36 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction.
