• Dewayne Bockelman, 31, was arrested in May on charges of fraudulent use of a credit card. He has been sentenced to 36 months in a regional correctional facility. Bockelman also received 12 months suspended imposition of sentence.

• Cecil J. Edwards, Jr., 30, was arrested and charged in October 2009 with commercial burglary, theft of property and criminal mischief. Officers investigating a break-in collected a blood sample found at the scene and submitted it the Arkansas State Crime Lab for a DNA match. The blood was matched to Cecil J. Edwards, Jr. Edwards was on parole at the time of the incident and claimed not to remember any details because he was on cocaine. Edwards pleaded guilty to the charges and has been sentenced to 180 months at the Arkansas Department of Correction and 120 months suspended imposition of sentence.

• Wesley Earl Kitchens, 27, was arrested in July and charged with residential burglary and theft of property. Kitchens pleaded guilty and has been sentenced to 60 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction with an additional 96 months suspended imposition of sentence.

• Ray Daniel Ruffin, 47, was arrested for manufacture of controlled substance, a class-Y felony, on July 4. Ruffin was sentenced to 13 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

• Ernest Lee Downs, 21, was arrested in December 2008 for violation of hot check law. Downs pleaded guilty in September 2009 to the charge and was placed on probation.  Downs was arrested for aggravated robbery in May.  He pleaded guilty to robbery and was sentenced to 10 years in the Arkansas Department of Correction.

• Keith Lamont King, 42, was arrested in March for controlled substance, a class-Y felony; controlled substance, a class-C felony; fleeing, a class-D felony;  aggravated assault, a class-D felony, and driving with a suspended license and disorderly conduct. King pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced to 10 years in the Arkansas Department of Correction.
