Among reports recently released by the Conway Police Department:
1. Residential burglary at 100 block of Brookside Drive. Victim reported Tuesday that someone gained entry to her residence and stole several items. The victim said she left the residence at 6 p.m. and returned at 10:30 p.m. to find the front door open. The victim had locked the deadbolt on the front door before she left. The suspect may have gained entry through a bedroom window. Missing from the residence were a .45 caliber handgun, a .22 caliber rifle, several hundred rounds of ammunition, an XBox 360 and several games and three DVDs.
2. Theft of property at 2400 block of Morse Drive. Victim reported Wednesday that his Smith and Wesson handgun was missing. The victim said his house had not been broken into, and he is unsure as to who might have taken it.
3. Robbery at 801 Elsinger Blvd. (Kohl’s). An employee at the store reported Wednesday that a female had stolen several items and fled the scene. The employee said the suspect took a vacuum from the store and returned it for store credit. The suspect also shoplifted three shirts. The employee attempted to stop the suspect, but she pushed her away and ran out the door. The employee was chasing the suspect when a blue Chevrolet picked up the woman.
4. Terroristic threatening at 500 block of Oak Street. Victim reported Wednesday that a male suspect asked him for a cigarette. When the victim refused, the suspect stated that he was going to slap him in the face. The victim believes the suspect also stole a cell phone out of his bag around the same time.
