Three earthquakes were recorded near Guy on Tuesday, according to the United States Geological Survey website.
The first, a 2.1 magnitude, was reported at 6:39 a.m. three miles east-southeast of Guy. A 2.6 magnitude occurred at 11:14 a.m. two miles east-northeast of Guy, and a 1.9 magnitude was recorded at 12:55 p.m. two miles southeast of Guy.
Tuesday’s earthquakes add to the list of over 60 quakes that have occurred in Faulkner County over the last week, including a 3.9 magnitude earthquake that was felt at 1:06 p.m. Saturday two miles east-southeast of Guy. Over 30 of those earthquakes have been recorded since Saturday.
