Motorists involved in a rollover accident on Interstate 40 near Kimberly Clark facilities Wednesday morning escaped injury.

According to Trooper Thomas Hunter Glover, no major injuries occurred, but both vehicles involved, a red Honda Civic and a white Chevrolet truck, were rolled onto their sides.

Glover said that the accident occurred because an eastbound vehicle drifted into the median, overcorrected, crossed both eastbound lanes and struck another vehicle.

According to Glover, occupants of both vehicles were discharged from medical care before noon on Wednesday.
