Stephen P. Cohen will be working with the newly formed Electronic Filing team within the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) to enable Arkansas attorneys to eFile documents to cases in District and Circuit courts. In this new capacity as eFiling coordinator, he will be responsible for identifying, coordinating and acquiring appropriate resources to facilitate the project.
Cohen moved to Conway in 1998 after accepting a position with Acxiom as a program manager for its InfoBase line of products. In 2004, he joined the AOC, a division within the Arkansas Supreme Court, as its Data Integration and Reports Manager.
Drew Barnes has been named assistant vice president of treasury management for Bank of the Ozarks in Little Rock.
Barnes has four years of banking and financial experience. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is currently working toward a masters in business administration at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Barnes is a resident of Mayflower, and he is a resident agent at the Arkansas Insurance Department and a member of the Arkansas Soccer Association.
Katie Boone Pipkin has been named trust officer for Bank of the Ozarks in Little Rock.
Pipkin has two years of financial experience. She graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting. Pipkin continued her education receiving her juris doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law.
She is a resident of Little Rock. Pipkin is involved with or a member of The Arkansas Bar Association, Committee for the Future, The Arkansas Children’s Hospital and ACCESS in Action.
