The pretrial for the former Greenbrier volunteer firefighter accused of rape and possessing child pornography has been continued until March 3.
Daniel R. Klosky, is charged with 38 counts of possession/distribution of child pornography and one count of rape.
The defense told the court that the prosecuting attorney is still "getting acquainted with the case" and noted discovery issues, as well.
Deputy prosecuting attorney Angela Byrd said her office is "looking at additional charges," as both sides requested the continuance.
Klosky, who was also a foster parent of two, was arraigned on Dec. 23, 2009, for the child pornography charges. During the initial investigation, the rape allegation was brought to the attention of Faulkner County Sheriff’s investigators. Klosky is alleged to have raped a boy in his early teens earlier in 2009.
