Among reports recently released by the Conway Police Department:

1. Theft of property, Taco Bueno, 1155 Dave Ward Dr. Officers were called to the restaurant by a supervisor in reference to $1,000 being stolen from the company’s safe. The supervisor stated that the theft could have happened at any point in the previous six months and that only four people had access to the safe. An incident report was filed.

2. Criminal mischief - first degree, 10 block of Forrest Lane. A woman called for assistance when she returned to her home to find that a window had been broken in the front of the residence. The woman stated that when her son left for school in the morning the window had not been broken. The woman advised that this was the second time that a window had been damaged in her home. An incident report was filed.

3. Disorderly conduct, Bear’s Den Pizza, 235 Farris Rd. While officers were attempting to break up a disturbance at the restaurant, a man walked up behind one of the officers and refused to follow directions when the officer asked him to move to another location. The suspect was warned repeatedly to step away from the officers and eventually complied. However, when he walked off, he began yelling loudly and was told to lower his voice. When he did not follow the officer’s directions, he was arrested and cited for disorderly conduct.
