Among reports recently released by the Conway Police Department:

1. Harassing communications, 3000 block of Irby Drive. A woman made contact with officers to report that she is being harassed by the estranged wife of her employer. The victim stated that the suspect has accused her of having a relationship with the victim’s employer and has repeatedly called and texted her even though she asked the suspect to leave her alone. The victim stated that she blocked the woman from her e-mail, her Facebook account and her cell phone but the woman found a way to get around the blocks. The victim was told to save all of the messages sent to her from the suspect and she was advised on the procedure to obtain a warrant for the suspect.

2. Public intoxication, Skyline Drive at Interstate 40. Officers were called to the area in reference to a man passed out on the side of Skyline Drive. When the officers arrived at the scene, they noted that the man was "lying lifeless in the ditch" with no obvious injuries or handicaps. When the officers could not wake the man, MEMS and the Conway Fire Department were called to the scene. The man was transported to Conway Regional Medical Center and cleared by a doctor with a diagnosis of alcohol intoxication. The man was arrested and transported to the Faulkner County Detention Center and cited for public intoxication.

3. Violation of a protection order, Mexico Chiquito, 1135 Skyline Drive. Officers made contact with a woman who stated that her estranged husband has been harassing her by calling her and driving by her work since he was released from jail. The woman stated that she had a protection order against the suspect and had saved the voice mail and text messages that he had sent her. The officers noted that the messages range from dates in July to shortly before they spoke with the woman. She was advised of the warrant process and an incident report was filed.
