Drunk, insane or disorderly, Conway Regional Medical Center, 2302 College Ave.
Officers responded to Conway Regional Medical Center in reference to an intoxicated person. When they arrived, the observed medical personnel standing beside a woman who was sitting in a wheel chair. The employees stated that they had found the woman "lying on the floor in a puddle of her own urine." The staff had no idea how the woman got there and when officers asked the suspect, she told them that she could not remember. A hospital employee found a photo identification card with the suspect and the woman told the officers that the information on the card was for her. The officers noted that when they were talking with the woman, they could smell a strong odor of urine and also a strong odor of intoxicants on the woman’s breath. They asked the woman if there was anyone they could call to come get her, she asked for them to call her father, but wouldn’t give them her father’s phone number. She was arrested and transported to the Faulkner County Detention Center where she received a shower and jail issued clothing. The woman again told the officers that she could not remember how she got to the hospital but remembered eating at her mother’s house and then fighting with her boyfriend. The woman stated that she doesn’t normally drink alcohol, but remembered "tasting alcohol" that night.
