Disorderly conduct, 1600 block of Westlake Drive.

Officers made contact with the manager of an apartment complex who stated that a tenant at the complex had been in her office yelling and cursing at her while complaining about the bugs in his apartment. The woman stated that she asked the tenant to leave and he refused, so she told him she was calling the police. The woman stated that the tenant stated "tell the cops I have a weapon, they’ll get here faster." When the officers arrived at the complex the tenant had left the office but they were able to make contact with him at his apartment. The tenant stated that he had become upset because he has complained about the bugs in his home several times and management has not taken care of the issue. He stated that he did not curse or yell at the manager but that she was rude to him and accused him of having a filthy apartment. The manager was advised of the warrant process.
