A McDonald's employee told Conway police officers that a customer threw his ice cream cone at her face when he received his order at the drive-through window.

According to the Conway Police Department incident report, the customer ordered an ice cream cone, and when the employee handed it to him, "the male grabbed it and then threw it at her."

The victim stated that the ice cream cone struck her in the face.

The victim was able to obtain the license plate number on the vehicle, which returned to a tan Toyota Camry.

The report stated that the employee advised that similar incidents have occurred recently at the restaurant and have typically involved "young adults late at night."

The alleged incident is reminiscent of a trend seen several years ago in which the assaulter orders a drink from a fast food restaurant, receives it at the drive-through window and yells "fire in the hole," dousing the employee with the drink.
