Why did you decide to open this business/location? Conway has been and continues to be a thriving community that has very limited options for the services that Braswell and Son provides.
What is the best part about owning/operating this business? My business is all about customer relationships. The relationships that develop through years of meeting customers’ needs are the best part.
What has been the biggest surprise that has happened since opening this business? Although Conway is very busy and growing, it has a small town feel.
What is the best piece of advice you received before going into this business? Always take care of the customer. My family owned and operated roller skating rinks when I was growing up and making sure that folks were happy and having a good time was the most important thing. It seems to be true of any business; customer satisfaction is the key to success.
What is the most important piece of advice you would give to someone starting out in business? Always take care of the customer.
What makes your business unique to Conway and Faulkner County? There is only one Braswell and Son.
