Legacy Realty, Inc. has added three new real estate agents.
Jennifer Ruminer is a single mother of three children, Caden, 11, MacKayla, 9 and Trison, 3. She attended National School of Real Estate and achieved her Real Estate license in 2002. She then put her license inactive when her daughter, who was 10 months old, was diagnosed with ALL (acute lymphocytic leukemia) in 2003.
After a three-year battle, she was finally in remission. She then put her license back active at which time she received the Silver Award for Excellence for exceeding $2 million in real estate sales. In 2008, she found out she was pregnant with her son Trison so she decided to put her license back inactive to open up a daycare so she could be with him.
Tony R. Berry was born and raised in Conway. He graduated from Conway High School and then received my B.S. Ed, M.B.A., and M. Ed. from the University of Central Arkansas. He is married to his wife, Susan, who is an elementary teacher and they have six combined children and two grandchildren.
Before starting his career in real estate sales, he worked in Mortgage Lending, where he consulted all of his clients in their best interest. All Lending Institutions do not offer the same programs or fees.
Raul Peña has lived in Arkansas for 18 years.

"Coming from a long lineage of Realtors in my family, I knew it was in my blood to help others. I have also found that being bilingual has helped me to extend my services even farther. I am energetic, dynamic, dedicated, and hard working. Which is why I chose a full service Real Estate firm, Legacy Realty. Here we specialize in helping our clients with every Real Estate need.
