A woman was arrested after loss prevention officers caught her shoplifting a bluetooth headset at Walmart on Skyline Drive on Friday.

The loss prevention officer said the woman was spotted opening the bluetooth headset in the store and provided officers photos of her wearing the bluetooth in her ear.

The officer said the woman paid for several things at the cash register, but she did not pay for the headset.

Loss prevention officers made contact with the woman outside of the store and were able to direct her into a side room and retrieve the stolen headset and her driver's license, but said the woman became uncooperative and left the store in her white Toyota Sequoia.

A Conway police officer apprehended the woman near Clifton and Prince Streets. She was transported to FCSO Unit 2 and jailed for theft of property.
