A woman driving southbound on Arkansas 25 at about 8:50 a.m. this morning lost control of her 2005 Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep skid, turned sideways and then flipped and rolled down an embankment.
Despite severe damage to the vehicle, no one was injured.
An ambulance checked out the woman, who was alone in the Jeep and on her way to work, but she was OK and did not go to the hospital, said Trooper Rustin Hitchcock with the Arkansas State Police. The driver was wearing her seatbelt.
Responding agencies include the Conway Fire Department, Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office and the state police, Hitchcock said. The name of the driver might be available later today, he said.
