Conway police responded to a call from an intoxicated person requesting a ride home from the parking lot at Target.

According to an incident report, police found the caller walking across the parking lot and holding a case of Bud Light under his arm and an open beer in his hand.

'With the other hand, he pointed to something across the street while holding a cigarette,' the officer wrote in the report. 'I made contact with him and he seemed extremely intoxicated. I asked him what he was pointing at (in the direction of Best Buy) and he told me he was pointing at Game Stop.'

The officer noted the subject smelled strongly of intoxicants, and he was swaying while he stood.

'He asked if we would take him home and I told him he was under arrest,' the report stated.

The man told officers he had been to the Electric Cowboy in Little Rock and he was 'carried out of the bar by four guys because he refused to pay his bar bill twice.'

According to the report, officers found receipts in the subject's pockets that showed he paid $102 to Yellow Cab to drive him from Little Rock to Conway, an $80 receipt for Electric Cowboy, and a receipt for a beer purchase at a liquor store.

The man was arrested for public intoxication and transported to Faulkner County Unit 2 for booking.
