The Arkansas group traveling to the Inauguration arrived in a city attempting to plan for an Inauguration Day.
Traffic was backed up at times, and there were more tour buses than any other type of vehicle on the road.
Event tents were being raised and areas were roped off by event crews.
Street vendors were already claiming real estate along the National Mall.
The group traveling with Martin Luther King, Jr. Commission, reports to buses at 5 a.m. to be taken to the National Mall.
The ceremony does not begin until 11:30 a.m., but several in the group are willing to claim front rows in their sections for the "once in a lifetime opportunity."
Some traveling with the Commission are anxious to see Little Rock Central High School's marching band in the Inaugural parade.
There's no doubt the parade itself will be something to see.
