A Conway man has been named by police as a person of interest in the Friday robbery of a Simmons Bank near a busy intersection in Little Rock.

Isaac Evans, 35, faces charges of aggravated robbery and theft of property following the 1:30 p.m. robbery of the bank, located on North Taylor Street.

According to police, the suspect advised a teller he had a gun, though the firearm was never shown.

No one was injured, and the bank closed for the remainder of the afternoon.

Evans’ last known address is 404 Ash Street.
