Chelsey Shirley, 28, 1839 Tyler Street, was arrested by narcotics officers for maintaining a drug premises after a search warrant executed at her apartment revealed suspected drugs and contraband, according to police records.

A Conway Police Department report states the search by the Conway Narcotics Division and the 20th Judicial District Drug Crime Task Force revealed containers of suspected THC oil, Alprazolam pills, several containers of suspected marijuana, plastic baggies, a grinder, glass pipes and other smoking devices, and digital scales.

In total, suspected marijuana weighted approximately 3.1 ounces, the report stated.

Two other subjects who were at Shirley’s apartment at the time of the search warrant were not arrested.

One subject admitted he was at the apartment to purchase marijuana, but it was not yet in his possession.

Police seized a glass pipe and a weapon from the subject.

The third subject told police he was not at the apartment to purchase drugs, but said two other people came to Shirley’s and purchased marijuana in the hour he was at the apartment.

Ledgers police believe are related to marijuana sales were confiscated, along with about $2,000 in cash.

Shirley was issued a $10,000 bond.
