Theft of services at 1105 Skyline Drive, Waffle House.
Police were dispatched to the business in reference to a male subject who left the restaurant without paying for his food after causing a disturbance.
When police arrived they found the male subject lying on the ground in the parking lot of Motel 6 next to Waffle House with a Waffle House bag on his wrist and food scattered about him, according to the Conway Police Department report.
The subject, who appeared to be intoxicated, had multiple warrants, the report stated.
Waffle House employees told police the subject ordered a large amount of food and got angry after a couple of minutes because the cook was taking too long.
The employees said he then threw his water and his coffee across the restaurant.
The subject got his food to go, but then refused to pay for it, according to the report.
As Waffle House employees blocked the subject from leaving, another diner offered to pay for the subject's food in order to calm the disruption.
The subject left the restaurant and apparently jumped the fence to get to the parking lot at Motel 6 and fell on the other side.
Officers wrote in the report the subject was disorderly and offered one officer a sexual favor.
The subject continued to act out, according to police, until he eventually passed out in a cell at Unit 2.
