Conway's Christmas tree is fixed, lit and ready for the rest of the season.Executive Director of the Conway Downtown Partnership Kim Williams said Get Lit, LLC employees were out at 7 a.m. Tuesday to fix some of the lights that had given the tree an unintentional striped effect since the tree lighting Saturday."They have completely gone through and checked things," she said.Additionally, the workers put in some extra safeguards to protect the lights from wet weather. When asked if the tree is good to go for the rest of the season, Williams said things have been fixed but there's always the possibility of blowing a fuse and having to flip the breaker, "just like at your house," she said.
