LITTLE ROCK — Arvest Bank, along with Crain Buick, GMC, Kia, are sponsoring a brand new competition during the annual Toad Suck Daze Festival held in downtown Conway May 2-4.

The event is an athletic competition where teams and individuals will compete for prizes and trophies on an inflatable obstacle course. The Arvest/Crain competition will make the event even more exciting by featuring categories where political candidates and local media personalities can compete for trophies. There will also be an open category with a $5,000 cash prize.

Lori Melton, Arvest central Arkansas vice president of business development, said, "We’re thrilled to be sponsoring such a fun and challenging event during Toad Suck Daze. We have been a part of the Conway community for more than 30 years, so it just makes sense that we would participate in one of the best festivals in the area."

The Arvest/Crain Challenge will feature multiple categories including individual political, individual media and individual non-profit where politicians, media personalities and representatives of area non-profits all compete within their category for trophies and cash prizes.

Other categories include individual male and female and corporate teams. There will also be the Daze Dash, which is an open individual category with a $5,000 cash prize. To compete in the Dash, contestants can register at any central Arkansas Arvest or Crain location in the two weeks prior to the event or at or by phone at 501-513-4544.
