While a large percentage of our business community suffered a loss in the April 27 tornado, the reality is that less than a dozen businesses have not reopened in their original location.

Of these, most are operating from temporary offices or their personal homes. This is astounding and is a direct reflection of the resilience of Vilonia.

There is progress made each week and we, the chamber, are looking forward to supporting our business community as the recovery continues.

Our city and community need your support in shopping and using the service businesses in our area.

We are fortunate to have medical services, auto repair, fast food and restaurants, retail and home based retail, garbage services, real estate, insurance and investment services — and so much more in our town. For a list of businesses or their relocation information, please contact the Chamber office.

The Vilonia Chamber would like to welcome our new business and individual members: CCAV, What’s For Dinner and Anita Mize, CPA.

For more information on membership, please contact the Chamber office at 501-499-1312 or complete the online form at http://www.vilonia.org/
